Uki Village is a hub of local small businesses. The one main street has a general store, a take away food shop, laundromat, post office, herb and gift shop, holistic centre and a garage.  As well as the rebuilt renown Mount Warning Hotel.  Uki and district has several cafes and restaurants, both in the village and in the surrounding area. The old Buttery building is home to several small boutiques, a book store, antique shop, pie shop, gift and craft stores as well as the Community Technology Centre. 

Uki also has a number of out of town services and talented arts and craft artisans who provide the variety found at the Buttery Bazaar markets, every 3rd Sunday of the month. The talents of Uki Village can be experienced at the Utopia festival held in November each year.
