The Rocky Cutting Dam proposal, produced by Harmony Church
shows the environmental consequences of daming the Oxley river.
Interviews by local experts, Ecological Historian Sam Dawson and
Botanist Lui Weber. The film also takes a look at the historical
Mt Warning dam site abandoned and silted up.
